A single 0.75ct Marquise shaped blue sapphire is encircled by a cluster of small round shaped diamonds that extend down each side of the band and total 0.30ct in diamond weight. This ring is available in a variety of metal types and your choice of natural or lab grown gems. We provide a free design service for any special modifications that you may require.
