Returns Policy
Almost all of our jewellery comes with a 30 day returns policy subject to the following terms
All items must be returned in the original, unused and perfect condition.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all of the documentation, including certificates. We will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges for items returned without their certificates (if applicable).
All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date on your order. Orders returned outside of the 30 day period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.
Our 30 day return policy does not apply where two or more items have been purchased with the intention to return one or more.
Our 30 day return policy does not apply to bespoke or engraved orders.
The 30 days begins from the original delivery date order. Where an item is exchanged the returns policy does not reset for the new item.
All returned items are fully inspected upon arrival and subject to authentication by us.
If you would like to return an item please contact us before returning that so that we can provide the relevant returns information.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of postage and insuring the item to the full value when returning an item.
Lorel Diamonds are not responsible if the is any damage or loss during the return shipment. We always recommend returning items using Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the UK) and DHL (internationally) and ensuring the item is insured for the full amount.
We also recommend that you do not write the name ‘Lorel Diamonds’ on the outer packaging. You can use ADJ Retail Ltd instead.
All items purchased after the 1st November 2024 are eligible for an extended returns period up until the 15th January 2025.
