Ring Resizing

We know it can be difficult to get the ring size correct the first time, especially when buying for someone else. For this reason we offer a free resizing service where the first resize for your ring is free within 90 days of you receiving your order.

For any additional resizes or outside of the 90 days there will be a fee of £55 (including VAT) for the resize.

The cost of sending an item to us is the responsibility of the customer, however we will return the ring to you free of charge (within the UK only).

If your ring is engraved then the engraving may fade due to resizing but we would engrave the ring again before returning that to you.

For some rings it is only possible to resize within an existing available size range.

In most cases full eternity and full diamond set wedding rings cannot be resized but we do offer to remake those to the correct ring size once within 90 days of you receiving your order.

When you return your order to us it is important that you do not address the parcel to Lorel Diamonds but instead to ADJ Retail Ltd. We do ask that you get in touch before returning any orders to us so that we can provide the relevant returns information.
