Warranty
All of our products come with a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
If the jewellery has been tampered with in any way or altered by the customer or any third party, including another jeweller then the lifetime warranty and the returns policy will no longer apply.
Any wear and tear that may occur on your jewellery is not covered by the warranty.
Surface scratches will occur on jewellery, especially rings, created using any precious metal. Precious metals are all extremely malleable which makes them susceptible to impact damage, scratches and becoming misshapen under pressure. This kind of wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. We do recommend servicing your jewellery once per year to keep it in good condition and remove any surface scratches.
All diamonds and gemstones are set into our jewellery by hand and they are all checked fully before being packed for dispatch. Diamonds and Gemstones will not become loose, fall from the ring or become damaged after dispatch unless there is an impact, rough handling or damage to the ring. The warranty does not cover the loss of diamonds and gemstones. We recommend fully insuring your jewellery against accidental damage or loss.
